When our Service Representative discusses your project with you, he or she will determine whether we can offer a fixed price contract or if the project will be billed on a time and material basis.*

Time and Material Pricing

Special Dog Days of Summer Pricing
For the months of July and August we are offering you a 15% savings off our regular rate

Time:

• Regular Hourly rate is $75 an hour . Book in July and August and receive a special summer rate of $65 an hour. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Work must be booked with deposit by August 31.
• There is a 2 hour minimum.

Material:

• Homeowners may provide their own materials.
• 40% markup of materials and outside services provided
• You’ll receive a 5% credit on any selections made through Home ReBuilders Showroom at 1629 Monroe Drive.

* Simple projects, like hanging a fan, may be quoted on a time and material basis.

* Larger jobs, requiring several days or more, may be quoted on a fixed price.
