Just as with our HandyMan services, our trucks are equipped with the right tools and materials to get the job done right, and on time.
Description of the work to be done.
You may provide the materials (cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, hardware, tile, etc.), or we will gladly do so with your direction.

We will give you a detailed estimate and contract based on your description of the work. You will supply all selected items for the project, such as faucets, fixtures, and cabinets. If you need a resource: www.homerebuilders.com. Upon acceptance of our estimate, we require a deposit of 50% of the project or $5,000 (whichever is lower) to hold a specific start date.

Larger repairs and other types of light construction require an associate to come out and review the scope of work so that we may give you a more accurate assessment of the fee.
Our initial meeting will determine your detailed scope of work in order to provide you with an estimate. Upon your approval of the estimate, the project can be scheduled for production, typically within approximately two weeks.
